By filling in and sending the form available at the link, the border control process upon entering the Republic of Croatia is significantly easier.
If the form is completed, police officers have access to a certificate of completion of vaccination, an appropriate PCR or antigen test, and a certificate of recovery from COVID.
These documents are available in electronic form through the Enter Croatia application, automatically connected to the border control system when scanning the document used by the guest at the border crossing when entering the Republic of Croatia (passport, identity card).
